Using CornerMart
You are responsible for accurate account and order information, protecting account credentials, and using CornerMart lawfully. We may require verification before providing certain services or handling requests.
Marketplace services
CornerMart provides a marketplace for categories that may include quick commerce, e-commerce, grocery, food delivery, fashion, electronics, and other products. Products may be offered, fulfilled, or delivered by sellers, merchants, delivery partners, or other providers. Availability and terms may vary by category, location, and order.
Product information and orders
We and participating sellers aim to present accurate product information, pricing, and availability, but errors or changes may occur. Prices, offers, stock, delivery windows, and availability may change before acceptance. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order for an error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or compliance reason.
Payments, delivery, and refunds
Payments may be handled by authorised payment providers. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility is category- and order-specific. Food, groceries, perishables, personalised items, and other products may have limited eligibility due to their nature, safety, hygiene, or seller policy.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse CornerMart, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity. CornerMart content, branding, and technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms or law have been violated.

Except where law does not allow a limitation, CornerMart is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. We may update these terms as CornerMart evolves.
