Account deletion is available from your signed-in CornerMart account.
How to delete your account
Sign in to your CornerMart account and use the account-deletion option in the app. Deletion is authenticated and, when your account is eligible, is completed immediately from that request flow. If you cannot access your account, contact support@cornermart.in for help.
When deletion is unavailable
You cannot delete your account while you have active orders, unresolved or retryable refunds, unresolved returns, a positive wallet balance, or pending wallet transactions. Resolve these items first, then submit the deletion request again.
What deletion does
Account deletion anonymises your account and saved-address information and removes certain account-scoped records. It is not a guarantee of complete physical erasure of all information.
Records that remain
Relevant orders, payments, refunds, returns, coupon-redemption records, wallet records, and wallet-transaction records remain. We do not state that uploaded review, return, or delivery media bytes are deleted as part of this process.
